What I love about Raja and A La Tarte is her passion for perfection for creating the most delicious hand-made pastries, cookies and breads. The baguette is amazing. Her cinnamon rolls and jarred almond cake remind me of childhood and my Aunt Ruth. And make sure you don’t sleep on the gingerbread cookies! I buy the products when I go the Farmer's markets but I more appreciate being able to custom order bread. I buy multiple loaves of the potatoe bread. It is literally the best bread I can buy. it reminds me of my Norwegian mom's bread. My wife doesn't eat much bread but she agrees this is better than any bread we can buy anywhere..Whole Foods, Amish stores, etc. the potatoe bread has the perfect moisture content and is dense and firm but soft, buttery with a golden crust and a slight potatoe taste. #hookedonbread #potatoebread. we count on Raja for the highest quality. the gluten free almond tarts are fantastic as well.

Been following Raja and her baked goods for years. Seriously everything she makes is delicious. The almond fruit tarts are so moist. The jarred ones make the best gifts. Lemon tart is so sweet and tart. The cinnamon rolls are my absolute favorite and I can not be trusted with the box of them. Try one of everything!
